Very nicely written. I feel we also need to conduct pedagogy workshop for PG teachers, so that important aspects about research, entrepreneurship, IPR and scientific ethics at thought at the PG level itself, so that the current problem about bad science, lack of entrepreneurs, IPR theft, scientific unethics, etc can be avoided.

Sure. We can start the brain storming here. But we definitely need to try for the workshop since the experts opinion is also equally important.
